Thank you for your interest in running a stall at the 2011 Ouseburn Festival on Sunday around the Village Green on Lime Street.
You can download a copy of the stallholder application form using the link at the bottom of this page. Please complete and return the application form as soon as possible (at least 1 week in advance of the Festival dates).
Once the application has been completed and returned, commercial stallholders will be required to pay a booking fee of £15.00 per day which is non-returnable. Charitable or community/voluntary organisations are not asked for a fee, and those working full-time in the Ouseburn Valley are not asked for a fee, however the Association would be grateful if you could consider donating a percentage of any takings to cover our costs.
Stallholders may provide tables and chairs, preferrably no larger than 3 meters long unless agreed in advance.
A limited number of tables and chairs can be provided but MUST be ordered and paid for in advance @ a cost of £5 per table and £3 per chair (this charge applies to both commercial and non-commercial stallholders). A £50 deposit is also required for table and chair orders (payable on the day), but this will be returned when table and chairs are returned.
